Heart of the Community Award Honoring
SCC Scouting America, Sagtikos District and Suffolk County Legislator Kevin J. McCaffrey invites you to join the honoring of the Heart of the Community Award.
The Heart of the Community Award recognizes individuals for their outstanding service and demonstrated involvement in the development and implementation of opportunities for the youth of our communities.
Proceeds support the Scouting Program as well as the SPARK Initiative (Scouting Program for At Risk Kids) bringing the program to youth in undeserved areas. SCC Scouting America has provided the premier character education program to youyh n our community for over 100 years! Through values of the Scout Oath & Law, the Scouting Program helps to build strong character, foster community engagement, and develop leadership skills needed for the successful future of our youth.

Lindy Cares presents their annual True Colors Run. Run, skip, or walk to show support for the community. Join in us at Fireman's Park on Saturday, June 28th at 8:00 am. There will be swag bags, raffles, and music.
